"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom and on the lower floor there is a double bedroom and living room-studio or games according to the needs. Each has a private pool and barbecue area.
