The queen bed is super comfortable. The room is a spacious 10.5'x13' with a large closet that has been converted into a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator/freezer, Coffee pot, and kettle. Located in the Ridgeway Historic neighborhood. I'm a mile walk to Russian River Brewery. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile. Breakfast is included; homemade granola with homemade yogurt, and coffee or tea. The cleaning fee is to cover 12% local tax, Airbnb doesn't allow me to collect separately.

Our home is a Victorian farmhouse on 7 acres in an apple orchard with a redwood grove, a pond, and barns. The main house, built in 1910 and remodeled in 1996, is surrounded by an English garden and is on a quiet country lane. The upstairs is a lovely private suite with a private entrance. We book to only one party at a time (read full description) and the home is fully air conditioned. I am a professional artist and Al is an author of children's books. It is a lovely stand-alone bungalow tucked away amidst our gardens and vineyard - a beautifully furnished bedroom with kingsize bed, fireplace and TV. It features a separate sitting room for relaxing with TV and patio; includes a sofa sleeper. There is a peaceful patio facing our cabernet grape vineyard. Enjoy our delicious breakfasts in the historical farmhouse.

We invite you to come and try one of our quiet, comfortable, antique filled rooms. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do. We are centrally located between Bodega Bay, the town of Sonoma, the Russian River, West Marin (Pt Reyes)and even Napa. Downtown Petaluma is a 13 minute walk(a little more coming back) from our yard.
