A construção foi influenciada pelas torres vigias de incêndio presentes em parques florestais da América do norte. Desfrute de uma vista sem igual para 5 dos 10 picos mais altos do Brasil, assim como céu estrelado garantido pela escuridão das áreas protegidas, sem poluição luminosa.

Welcome to Artist's Tower on the Sea. This is the kind of venture that is suitable for great and adventurous travelers. There is no air conditioning (only sea breeze), no television, and not many walls. It is a four-story tower with stunning views from high up spaces, accessed by rowing a boat 10 meters and going up a tiny elevator. It is never completely finished (I've been working on it for years). If you're an adventurous traveler who enjoys art, welcome to my humble home.

You can walk to the city center and the beach in 15 minutes. 4 parking spaces are available.
