From start to finish our space is a delight! Inside a treasure of bespoke woodwork and thoughtful design creates a stunning 'traditional meets modern' space you will enjoy for its beauty and flow. It offers handpainted shiplap ceilings, real antique cedar/stone walls, custom cabinetry, dimmable lights, full kitchen, easy access outlets and a private entrance from the side courtyard, a lovely place to sit and enjoy our incredible edible yard with berries, figs, fruit, herbs, &veggies growing.

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

South Austin Oasis with Private Enclosed Backyard

Newly renovated detached guest home in South Austin, perfect for business or pleasure. Located 15 min from DT and <1 mile from popular music venues, bars, restaraunts and coffee shops. Around the corner from S Manchaca favorites: Armadillo Den, Lustre Pearl South, and SABG. Private driveway and parking leading to guest suite. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the Dripping Springs area. Only 18 miles from Downtown Austin and 7 miles from Dripping Springs. The best of both worlds; away from hustle and bustle but close enough to go there on a whim. Each cottage comes with high-speed internet, Smart TV's, work-from-home spaces, and more. We've taken great care to furnish the cottages with luxury furnishings and art all sourced from Texas brands and small makers. We look forward to hosting you!

Our backyard guesthouse is located in a friendly, funky, and quiet neighborhood. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but only 12 min to Downtown and East Austin. Trendy neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3. We're happy to have you here!

Chic Casita: Private Entry, Full Kitchen

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

Treetop Retreat

Private treetop retreat in West Austin, only 4 miles from downtown Austin! Parking provided and separate private entrance (combination code access). Enjoy sunsets from the 180 degree views from your private balcony. Comfortable king-sized sofa bed. Quiet neighborhood. If you do not like stairs, this is not the place for you. The room is one flight of stairs up from the parking area. Pricing includes Austin 11% city hotel tax.

We are only a 15-minute drive to the airport and free street parking is always available.
