Its central Ayrshire location lends itself to miles of unspoilt beaches, the Galloway Hills and numerous other attractions to suit all tastes and interests

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Gladneuk Cottage, Barr

Welcome to Gladneuk Cottage, a house situated in the Conservation Village of Barr nestled in the Stinchar Valley on the edge of the Galloway Forrest (see Barr Village website). Enjoy scenic walks, take in the fresh air and enjoy the peace and quiet, a lovely comfortable cottage perfect for you and your family/guests to relax. With off street parking, Wifi and a private seating area to the rear of the property. Barr has its own Community Store should you require provisions.

The Haven and Summer Hoose are a cosy yet spacious cottage and quirky cabin that come hand in hand. The Haven cottage itself oozes charm with log burner and all the home comforts you could hope for. The Summer Hoose, a stunningly stylish cabin that’s the perfect place to retreat beside the fire, drink in hand and record player on. Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

Sunnyside Cottage, Straiton

Charming 250 year-old Main Street cottage set in the conservation village of Straiton (Ayrshire), part of the Galloway & Southern Ayrshire UNESCO Biosphere. This characterful cottage has a homely feel with spacious rooms. Being on the main street the property is ideally situated for the village community shop, The Buck (coffee shop), The Black Bull (pub), church, playpark and local bus-stop. The cottage has recently undergone refurbishment and decoration.

Holly Tree Cottage

A former weaver's cottage located in the heart of the village. It's a short stroll to the Black Bull Hotel, the Church, the Village Hall and a well-stocked Community Shop. Ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing, star gazing or exploring the area with its many castles and golf courses. Glasgow is only an hour away and the Isle of Arran is a perfect day out.
