The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. Nestled in the foothills of the South Downs National Park, Luna Pod is located within a walled garden on our working organic farm with far reaching views. Luna Pod has its own private wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ along with all you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Luna Pod is conveniently located close to many local attractions including Charleston House, Firle Place, Glyndebourne & Alfriston amongst others. It also has direct access onto the South Downs & its many walks.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.
