Enjoy all that Pagosa Springs has to offer! Hiking, hot springs, golf, or just relax and recharge. Stay in our almost 900 sq ft private suite located on the lower floor of the cabin with your own entrance, bathroom, living room, 65" TV, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. A full size bed is available, however please note the path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. A fenced in yard for your pet. A $15 fee per pet per night is billed separately capped at $60. The Nest

This is a cute little carriage house that was fully remodeled in 2016. It has one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 4 guests, also a full bathroom and Kitchen. Nearby amenities are Wolf Creek Ski Area, Penitente Canyon climbing, biking and hiking, Del Norte for mtn biking and hiking, Monte Vista Crane Festival, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Hot Springs Pools, hundreds of miles of ATV/Motorcycle riding and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore!

Birch Street Hideaway

This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!
