Whether you're visiting Plymouth for a relaxing short break, or a more energetic trip, you will be spoilt for choice paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming. It is a 2 minute walk from Royal William yard named ‘unmissable attraction'. 10 minutes to the city centre, Hoe & Barbican.

New annex in gorgeous Devon countryside

Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Cosy tiny home by Fowey estuary

The perfect place for a romantic getaway, a place to kick back and unwind in or a base for a more active holiday - walking, swimming and kayaking. The workshop was a ruin before we turned it into a stylish and very comfortable living space with bespoke joinery, underfloor heating, power shower, kingsize bed with linen sheets and its own private patio. It was the workshop for Lombard Mill which sits below it and lies in an ancient wooded valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Tidelands Boathouse on the waterfront

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train.
