Welcome to one of VT’s most beautiful lakefront property and wedding venue located in the Champlain Islands! Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. We do have a very strict NO PET policy. The islands are accessible by road from the VT side and either bridge or ferry from NY. Please read the full description about the rental prior to booking.

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

Waterfront Cottages at Wally’s Point

Ideal location in South Hero with direct lakeside access (Lake Champlain) with small beach. 30 mins to Burlington. Property has two lakeside cottages - both are included in rental. Studio only available through end of October. Large cottage: 2 bed, 2 bath, large living room, full kitchen, sleeps up to 6, with 2 people in the living room on pull out couch. Studio cottage: full kitchen, full bath, pull out couch which sleeps 2, washer and dryer. Both cottages have WiFi and smart TVs.

Lakefront Home, Large yard, w/Dock, sleeps 10+

Lake front camp with amazing views in protected Keeler Bay perfect for boating, swimming and fishing. Amenities: Dock, terrace by lake, deck with outdoor table/umbrella, kitchen with double oven, microwave and washer/dryer. Air condition/heat (via 2-mini splits) and propane fireplace. 3 BR (2 kings, 1 queen) plus bunk room. Sleeps 12 total. Handicap accessible including a ramp from parking area house to house. Walking distance to gas station, convenience stores and restaurants.

Just in case you need the city life, we are located 25 minutes north of Burlington and one hour south of Montreal.

A truly relaxing Vermont getaway just steps from the private beach and dock, located just a 25 minute drive to endless restaurants and shopping in beautiful Burlington, VT. Spacious beach, although not ideal for swimming we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities! Perfect for a family, group of friends or a couple.
