Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Inoltre la casa dispone di un accesso privato, situato di fronte l’abitazione, ad una splendida spiaggia .Quest’ultima è raggiungibile in auto in pochi secondi o a piedi. La casa comprende due piani, una cucina esterna e una interna, due bagni, una doccia all’aperto, un salotto, 4 camere da letto, una terrazza con vista e un ampio giardino.
