Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

This beautifully finished home in the heart of downtown Westerly is just steps away from Wilcox park and all the surrounding amenities. In 10 minutes or less, drive to popular Misquamicut Beach or lovely Watch Hill Beach. We are also adjacent to Stonington, Ct and Mystic Seaport. The home is equipped with all essentials needed (Premium beds, bedding, towels, kitchenware, smart TVs, high speed WIFI, basic cable, washer-dryer, central AC and heat). You will not be disappointed in the location!

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Located in the Island Park section of Portsmouth Rhode Island, this stylish, comfortable and private cottage offers high-end finishes, full amenities and peek-a-boo water views from the front porch & back deck. A stone’s throw from both Sakonnet River and Blue Bill Cove, Gem Cottage is also walking distance to several breakfast, lunch, dinner and libation establishments. Gem Cottage has off street parking and a great location !

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.
