Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. ( different price per night, the downstairs suite will be locked if you rent upstairs) I am a hospital medicine physician and my husband is an engineer. We built this house with love and we want you to experience comfort and the beauty of Tahoe! We are 5 min walk from Zephyr Cove beach.
