Paradise Palms is a sanctuary of peace underneath the swaying palm leaves overlooking the Laguna Madre Bay. The cascading waterfall & fountain create a relaxing environment while lounging poolside. Our home has 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 14, perfect for a large family or getaway for friends. 2 kitchens allow all the cooks a space to create. Enjoy the day at the beach and relax after in the private pool & hot tub or play ping-pong, corn-hole, foosball & x-large lawn games.

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

Challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard, or watch the game on the 65" big screen while seated on the luxury real leather sofa.

This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Hear the birds singing from the sanctuary next door and the bubbling backyard fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers as you relax in this unique rustic/industrial/eclectic space with gorgeous bay sunset views and a private front row seat to fireworks over the bay. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
