Welcome to La Belle Airbnb! ⚠️This is ONLY for the main floor of the home, it does have a basement unit as well.⚠️ Located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood. With so much to offer, The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything. Minutes away from the 401 Highway, train station, grocery stores, gyms and restaurants. This Airbnb offers a very clean, minimalistic design for everyone to cozy up in. *Note that we are 10mins away from the USA border, the Hospital and the Benson Arena.

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

This 1st floor unit has two bedrooms, a full size bath, eat-in kitchen and large living room! Pet-friendly with all the amenities, including big screen tv with cable & Wi/Fi. Main bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen bed pull out sofa in the living room. Full kitchen space with high-top dining set. On-site coin-operated laundry. Easy Electronic keypad check-in. We are close to the St. Lawrence River, Bridge to Canada. This is a SMOKE FREE Unit!

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
