Private boat launch is 2 houses down for anyone with a boat. Very convenient. You will have access to the entire house and the boathouse where you can fish off of the dock, sunbathe, or swim. There is great fishing off the dock. Great for any fisherman coming to fish the lake or a family looking for a quiet getaway. No pets allowed

Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles!
