This 16th century boathouse has been lovingly converted into a highly unique accommodation for two. Tangier Quay Boathouse is a bijou, 7 metre x 3 metre harbourage right on the Polruan waterfront. The relaxing ocean inspired decor will immediately put you in holiday mode. Both levels enjoy unlimited harbour views through the huge glass windows and doors.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Nest is a recently converted peaceful, luxurious and romantic barn conversion, suitable for 2 (plus 1) guests. Superb local pub with Italian restaurant just a three minute walk away! Exclusive use of private hot tub. Private garden and bbq area. Set in 12 acres of a grade 2 listed former rectory dating back to 1798. On the doorstep of the coastal path, surrounded by natural and historical landmarks. Ideal for surfers, walkers, cyclists or simply to relax.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
