Summit Cabin on the Rocks

Perched atop a miniature mountain with expansive views extending from the Pacific Ocean to the peak of San Gorgonio (highest mountain in SoCal), this concept cabin is like a disintegrated house spread across about a 1 acre area. The interior consists of a lofted queen size bed with a large skylight for stargazing, as well as a lounge space with an oversized leather sofa. The highlight of the cabin is the outdoor space. It features a cabana with a day-bed, bean bag, swing chairs, a kitchen, etc

Completely private with your own personal views of Big Rock peeking through the trees above your outdoor gated and private balcony. Wanna wake up to the sound of frogs from the nearby creek or feel like tuning in to the birds chirping above you ? Dash to town for a hot cup of java and an artsy conversation ? Perhaps a morning swim at the beach , or simply rest at ease .

Home features three bedrooms. Master has a king bed and bath with glass block rain shower. Second and Third bedrooms have queen size beds. Living space has a full sized futon for a another couple if desired. Open kitchen, dining and granite bar seating all connected for cooking and entertaining. Or do it all outside at the built in Palapa with barbecue, fridge, television and seating for eight. Large rock pool and jacuzzi. The waterfall and palm trees finish the tropical feel of the backyard.

The tiny house features French doors that lead to a private deck, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including: - Full-size refrigerator - Microwave - Toaster oven - Hot plate - Electric wok - Coffee maker (with K-cups) - Pots, pans, and utensils

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Just 10 minutes from Mission Beach, downtown San Diego, Balboa park, and SeaWorld. 5 min from Fashion Valley Mall, and only 2 minutes from the University of San Diego. You can either use the free parking space in front of the house or make use of the private driveway next to the house.
