Cruzando la calle está el metro y el bus y también encontrará todos los servicios: supermercado, farmacia, Banks, caferetias y restaurantes, panaderias, .... Magnífico apartamento enteramente reformado. Gaudir significa "disfrutar" en catalán y durante tu estancia en este apartamento realmente disfrutarás de Barcelona. Desde su terraza, las vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad alcanzán desde la costa y Montjuïc hasta la montaña del Tibidado! Ubicado en una zona céntrica y segura, bien comunicado por el transporte público y a solo 10 minutos andando de las exclusivas tiendas de Paseo de Gracia, el apartamento Gaudir te permitirá disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Barcelona. El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. Otros servicios: parking privado (bajo petición previa) ... 20€ dia ¡Ven… a disfrutar! Tendrá acceso a todo el apartamento . El apartamento tiene un precio base para 4 personas. Cada persona adicional tienen un suplemento de 30€/dia. Parking privado en el mismo edificio 20€ dia ... consultar disponibilidad. Claudio será vuestro anfitrión en el check-in. El será vuestro "amigo de Barcelona". Podreis consultarle cualquier tema o solicitarle consejos. Zona con múltiples servicios y transporte público. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando a los principales sitios, aunque hay múltiples conexiones con metro, bus y taxi a escasos metros del apartamento .... incluso para ir a la Feria de Congresos Si usted camina 10 / 15 minutos llegará a : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, varias zonas shoping ..... El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. Cualquier variación puede sufrir un cargo adicional con posterioridad.

Please note that as a legal requirement, a Tourist tax fee is paid on arrival in Spain (not included in the reservation), and Passport details will be required on arrival. The top quality of all the furniture, beds, sofas and appliances, and the detailistic decoration, which combines design and contemporary pieces with antiques, makes this a unique apartment. You have a lovely terrace with a table and chairs where relax taking a drink or breakfast, wifi, cable TV...and all the details you can imagine, like first-aid kit, sewing kit, trolley for going shopping, high chair, cot, an office table, rain shower, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, several coffee machines...anything you need for a long or short stay. Guest can access of course the apartment in exclusive, terrace, and the garage. I answer fast when asked by email, or I'm always easily reachable by mobile. I am always looking forward to answer to my guests questions!!. I live close to the apartment, and have family same block, so I am around the apartment area often, and might come to see you and check how you are, if you agree. I will ask you during your stay if you need anything!!! Take a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall Diagonal Mar, Rambla Poblenou, the Barcelona promenade, and Mar Bella Beach. Discover the city with buses across the street and the metro just three blocks away. This is a luxury neighborhood, with all you need steps away, several supermarkets, restaurants (the amazing cooking school across the street!!), local market, shopping mall, and tons of children playgrounds (one in the same building private garden), the beach is just there!! In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment. Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. L' appartamento dista km 5 da Como, km 2 da Torno, km 40 da Milano, km 38 da Lugano. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Due zone pranzo e relax, una interna e una nel giardino fronte lago per momenti indimenticabili. La cucina è totalmente attrezzata. Un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo e lo spazio per un'eventuale culla e due bagni completano l'alloggio. Può ospitare un massimo di 3 adulti e un bebè.
