The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.
