A relaxing private studio apartment located on a dead-end street. Just a 5-minute walk down a tree lined path to the ocean. We offer a nice back yard you're fur babies. We have a sauna and a nice size outdoor shower with a beautiful antique claw foot tub to soak in. The apartment is about 550 sq. feet and has plenty of cookware. Air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, small indoor grill microwave, and fridge. All water is filtered as we have a large water filter system.

A little oasis to enjoy and relax in. Pet Friendly. Gas grill will be turned off for winter from December thru March due to fire hazards.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
