Your new home is immaculately presented, private, sunny, comfy & spacious. 3 doors to a delicious breakfast/ coffee or make your own, in your fully appointed, modern kitchen. A lazy 15min walk to Freshwater Beach or 10min to the village. Home to international cuisine restaurants, coffee shops, patisseries, supermarket, a climbing wall & pharmacy. Harbord Hotel, Stowaway and Diggers Club nearby. Bus at door to Manly beach, Wharf & Sydney CBD.

A beautiful, serene retreat where you don’t have to travel too far to get away from it all. Studio is fully self contained with direct access to the yard. You’re welcome to use the 2-person kayak and discover the beautiful Port Hacking River that runs along our boundary. Entry to the stunning Royal National Park is just a 10min walk. 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chip shop, convenience shop and liquor store. Please be aware: there are 2 levels of external stairs down to the studio.

It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony
