Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

You may fish in the lake if you'd like, or take a ride in the paddle boat, or simply enjoy sitting on the porch listening to the birds. Chances are, you may spot wild turkey or whitetail deer scampering by.

Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! We offer oatmeal & granola bars for your essential breakfast. Close to lots of shopping, fishing, and hiking. Only 10 min from Tex-Plex you can bring your own ATV, we have parking for 2 trailers. We even have inflatable kayaks you can rent and take to Bull Shoals just 10 minutes from here! Shooting range is also available upon request.

The space features two rooms: The kitchen/living area features an oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (coffee and tea available), TV, and a pull out sofa. The bedroom features a queen bed, a full bath, and a small closet with washer and dryer. Wifi is available, but we recommend ditching the smart phone for the stars and the sunrise.

If you like a little extra in your travels, you're welcome to our 1300 sq. ft. Guest Home on a 17 acre setting just 35 minutes from downtown OKC or 20 minutes from Weatherford OK. Secure location with a gated entry and some quiet scenic country but just a short drive away from the action in OKC. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
