Other amenities include microwave, refrigerator, record player, vintage games, books and more. If you’re looking for a kitschy, fun experience with real vintage decor, you’ve found it! This 60's insurance agency, turned midcentury modern house, is located 1/2 block to main street- walk to food, shopping & FHSU! There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom all on one floor (no stairs!) with a walk in shower and vintage blue sink. Kitchen with coffee, cooking supplies and farm fresh eggs (in season). Cotton towels and sheets. Enjoy the vintage record player and and a madmen style bar set.

Star gazing and sitting on our beautiful pavillion while you grill is only one of the reasons why you should book with us. Enjoy the homemade cookies and treats left by the host, Judi, as a welcome gift with a cup of coffee in the mornings at the stone firepit. "So peacefull" is the feedback from past guests. Wander the park like property and hike to the very top of our own little mountain and see for miles. Roast marshmallows over the firepit on starry nights. Rest-Relax-Return!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
