It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. This quaint and cozy log cabin built in the 1940's is located in the summer colony of Sprucewold. It is just about 1 mile from downtown Boothbay Harbor. At 750 square feet, this adorable cabin is suited for no more than 4 people. You will have access to a small, private, sandy beach; a rare find on the rocky coast of Maine. There is so much to see and do in the Boothbay area. Life slows down and there is no better place to experience that "Maine, the way life should be" feeling.

To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

This swanky mid-60's cabin sits on a hill overlooking West Harbor pond in the town of Boothbay Harbor. It offers privacy yet is close to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. If you would like to bring along your canine pal feel free, they are welcome (sorry no cats).
