Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Our family is excited to share our off-grid *lite* cabin with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s bright, beautiful, and filled with color. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, a seasonal outdoor shower, hot tub, grill, fire pit, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and a cozy wood stove in the winter.

Jack is also a licensed boat Captain through the U.S. Coast Guard and offers a discounted sail charter to our guests aboard our 36 ft. Catalina, Luna. Or hop on our lobster boat to watch the sunrise over Acadia!

This modern retreat offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 pristine bathrooms, making it an ideal for families, friends, or colleagues seeking comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. and the other two bedrooms are queen size beds. Enjoy the river views while relaxing in the hot tub with friends or family.

Cottage 11 is a quaint rustic cottage with one king bed, a full bath with shower, A/C, mini-fridge, cable, television, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pot, microwave, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy our new communal outdoor kitchen—with a grill, Blackstone griddle, air fryer, hot plate, and plenty of seating. Please note that the hot tub and shared indoor amenities are no longer available.

This private cabin is located 10 minutes from bar harbor and Acadia National Park hiking trails. Beautiful view of Cadillac mountain from the patio/bbq area. All linens, cookware, towels etc are provided. There is WIFI in the cabin now. The cabin is on the family property of a commercial fishing family. You will see plenty of lobster traps! :) it will be an authentic Maine experience.
