Casa del año 1932 reformada manteniendo el encanto original de la época. Dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas tipo suite. Tiene lavadero y buhardilla utilizada como sala de estudio, biblioteca, gimnasio y con salida a una terraza soleada. Descubre detalles y particularidades de los espacios de la casa y posibles actividades a realizar por la zona en nuestro instagram: @_casaalba_ Los huéspedes pueden acceder libremente a todos los espacios abiertos de la casa; sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baños, lavadero, estudio, patio, balcones y terraza. Hay dos espacios privados de la propiedad cerrados para almacenamiento personal. Se dejan abiertos y preparados los dormitorios necesarios según los huéspedes que contratan la casa. No estamos en a casa durante la estancia, pero nos gusta estar en contacto por cualquier duda y estamos disponibles para ayudar en caso que sea necesario. La casa se encuentra al casco antiguo junto a la Plaza Mayor, la calle es muy tranquila, céntrica, con árboles y a 10 minutos del Lago a pie. Banyoles por si no lo conocéis es un pueblo tranquilo rodeado de un entorno natural único para hacer actividades de recreo y deportivas con interés cultural/histórico. De camino a las montañas del Pirineu y el mar de la Costa Brava. El propio barrio dispone de todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados… PARQUIN EN LA ZONA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *Delante de casa es ZONA AZUL, se tiene que pagar a las maquinas durante este horario: de Lunes a Sábado 9:00-13:00 y de 17:00-20:30 *Aparcamiento gratuito cerca de casa, la misma calle de abajo por ejemplo Carrer Torres i Bages (todas las calles que se marcan los aparcamientos en líneas de color blanco). *Tenemos parquin cerrado cerca de casa. Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.
