We've hosted lovely folks from all over the world since 2017 in our family home--and now, we embark on a renovation journey. Changes for 2/1/26 + New sleeping arrangement; double-bunk bed replaced with 1 King bed + House capacity changes from 10 to 8 + Upgrading living room sofas and chairs + Repainting 3 rooms This is just the start of a broader vision we expect to complete by 2028. One of the living rooms has 2 fold out twin beds. 7 person hot tub! patio furniture as well. This cabin gives you the privacy you need yet the comforts of being 5 mins from a grocery store. Gorgeous views of the Black Hills. Fully furnished home. BBQ grill. We have a few different airbnbs and the cabin is completely private.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest suite. Located half a mile from downtown, this unit has it all! Enjoy your coffee with a view of the incredible Black Hills and the winding Spearfish Creek below. This guest unit overlooks the Spearfish city park campground and recreation paths. This guest suite is the lower level of our home and has no shared indoor spaces. Outside you’ll be greeted with beautiful views and a shared hot tub for an unmatched in town experience.

Two bedrooms, both containing queen beds, one of these adjustable, the other with a fold-out chair for extra space if needed. One level, open floor plan with a large comfortable sectional that will also pull out into a bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Outdoor fire pit and grill available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home while enjoying the Black Hills.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
