A bus stop within yards of the Annex provides good transport links to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Cabot Circus, other Bristol attractions, and to the city of Bath. Free private parking is available for guests within the premises. Newly renovated, it features a living room, kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, and bathroom.

This is my spare room - so is only used by guests. The apartment is my home that I rent out when I am away. Exclusive use of the kitchen, loo, sitting room and patio. There is a desk in the bedroom and a sit/stand desk in the lounge. There is also a projector in lounge with Google Chromecast.

Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
