Ermioni Seaside House

The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Alexandria Sunset House

This 75s.m. expands in two levels and it is an ideal choice for a family with small kids or a group of friends. Its strategic location permits ample relaxation next to the sea and its proximity to the Town offers endless options for eating and cosmopolitan night-outs. The house is part of a complex of 50 properties, the biggest complex in Spetses, also known as The Engineer's Compound.
