Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Nestled along the coast, Kilada is a charming and peaceful fishing village, it offers a tranquil escape, while still providing essential conveniences like a supermarket, a few cozy coffe shops and tranditional taverns to meet your daily needs.

The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
