Apartment has 38 m3 , one bathroom , one bedroom for two persons and one pulled - out sofa also for two. Apartment also features TV, Air condition, shower, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, water heater, coffee maker, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, radio, towels, cutlery and kitchenware, iron and ironing board.

Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see.
