Recently extensively renovated, characterful, town house in a perfect spot in Skopelos Old Town. A short walk from everywhere but just far enough up the hillside to be able to enjoy peace and tranquility on the stunning roof Terrace with its 340-degree views over the Harbor and Town. The main living area boasts sea views from its balcony. The 3 bedrooms are characterful and in keeping with the history of the property. A little gem and the perfect base from which to explore the town and island!

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο.
