The stocked kitchen and BBQ have everything you need to make a gourmet meal to pair with your complimentary bottle of estate wine. Enjoy the fire pit above the rear patio overlooking the upper vineyard, enjoy with wine while watching grapes grow! This gorgeous villa is secluded while still close enough to hop into Monterey or Carmel.

Located in a colorful, working-class neighborhood in Salinas, conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

Cabana (ca-ba-na);a private retreat next to a pool

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

Entire place sleeps 4

Please read the ENTIRE listing! Private space with 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled full bathroom, and a small kitchenette (NOT a kitchen). Sleeps 4 max. There is no living room or dinning room. Wi-Fi, 24" Smart tv, HD DVD player, and electric blankets. Lots of parking. The other side of the property is a business during the day. No smoking or vaping allowed.

This place is close to the shopping centers located in North Salinas. We are very close to fast food restaurants on N. Main St. and we are 3 minutes away from the Salinas Sports Complex about 0.5 miles to be exact. We are close to Monterey, where many people choose to visit while traveling to this city.
