Ten minutes from Plymouth City centre by car, water taxi or bus. Easily accessible from the Brittany Ferry Port at Millbay. Many pubs, cafes shops close by. The Cottage is a great base to explore all that Plymouth, South West Devon and South West Cornwall offer, including beaches, beautiful Dartmoor, and several National Trust properties.

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
