Upstairs an open plan living/dining room adjoins the kitchen with a deck overlooking the ocean, along with three bedrooms for the family. Downstairs, escape to the parents retreat or kids rumpus room- with a TV, lounge and a queen bedroom.

Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down.
