This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. There is an additional flat screen TV in one of the additional bedrooms. This home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a working space island, BBQ grill, Patio set and a cozy front porch with 2 chairs and a love seat. *We include 5 beach passes with your booking*

Relaxing Beach Home, Renovated w/a Spacious Yard

Come enjoy our newly renovated beach house! Sit on the adirondack chairs on the front porch and read a book or BBQ on the back deck. The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. As experienced Airbnb hosts in Belmar, we enjoyed remodeling this home to keep the spirit of an old Jersey Shore beach house while also adding all of the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space, multiple game rooms, and a central location near Belmar Marina and Main Street, it is the perfect spot for a getaway with family or friends.
