Living space equipped with TV, nice backyard with a cute patio, off-street parking, and wifi. We are located 2.2 mi from the Downtown Square, and an easy 3 mi from the UofA. The Mt Sequoyah Woods Trailhead is just ½ mile down the street, with great trails for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking.

Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.
