Sequoyah but is less than a mile from Dickson Street, the historic district, and the University. Enjoy walking to the brand new local co-op, taking a hike on Mt. Sequoyah or scooting downtown! Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.
