Welcome to my childhood home! We renovated our 1950's bungalow nestled in the heart of Fayetteville and hope you love it as much as we do. Perfect for a couple or a group of 4, our bungalow sits on a quiet, tree-covered street at the base of Mt. Sequoyah but is less than a mile from Dickson Street, the historic district, and the University. Enjoy walking to the brand new local co-op, taking a hike on Mt. Sequoyah or scooting downtown! It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
