Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!

Imagine waking up every morning to beautiful unobstructed ocean views and ending your night with a drink in hand watching the sunset. If you’re lucky, you might see some whales or dolphins breaching in the water right off our private beach. We would love to host you for your Montauk beach getaway.

Chalker Beach House Steps to the Water

Short walk to association beach for swimming. 3 minute walk to playground and bball court. Double lot and wide driveway for parking. Enjoy the sound of the waves from the oversized deck with views of the ocean and the marsh in back. No pets allowed.

The Beach House - apt 1 is a 650 sq foot alcove studio apartment, less than 500 feet from the beach. Fully renovated with an open layout and modern rustic style. It has updated appliances and a large smart tv. There is a cute restaurant conveniently located next door. First floor. The patio and backyard area are shared.
