Modern Cabin near the Beach

Kick back and relax in this sweet cozy cabin near some favorite local spots in the area. Quick access (under 5 minutes) to Maidstone beach, Rita’s Cantina, Bostwicks on the Harbor, S&S Coffee Shop, Springs Tavern…to name a few. In 10-12 minute drive you can be in East Hampton village or Amagansett Village. The home is set on a half acre in a serene setting in the Lions Head beach association. Walk to private access bay beach from the property. The cabin was renovated top to bottom in 2025.

Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Beach chairs, umbrella and smiles!

Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Designer’s own Modern Cottage has bay views and is a short walk to bay beaches. Less than ten minutes to Sag Harbor Village or Bridgehampton. Sleeps 4-6 people. The cottage is located on a very private road and provides some welcomed peace and relaxation. It's the perfect setting for those with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Available monthly from January - May. Discounted monthly rates will be applied to stays 28 days or more.
