Located in the foothills of the Sierras, on the edge of The Giant Sequoia National Park and 1.3 hr from park entrances. This 107 acre cattle ranch has a rare beauty that everyone enjoys. Sip your coffee on the balcony of your Cottage and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have hiking, biking & riding trails and Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake, Tule River or Casino. We have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) available.

You're just 4 minutes to town and 10 minutes to Sequoia National Park. Unwind in the hot tub, sauna, or by the fire-pit, and enjoy bocce or horseshoes with friends while grilling with a view. With big windows and a cozy vibe, this spot feels like home while offering the escape you’re looking for. We’d love to host you!

5 bedroom, 4 bath house, pool, game room and yard

Our home is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Please note that the pool is not heated. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.

Mountain Cabin in a Giant Sequoia Forest

Please note that this cabin is a 2 hour drive from Sequoia National Park, not 30 minutes. This traditional timber cabin is located in the alpine cabin community of Sequoia Crest, the only cabin community in a grove of giant sequoia trees. At over 6000 feet elevation, the cabin offers spectacular views of nearby mountains and valleys. Fully renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom and many custom features, this cabin is a gem in a spectacular setting.

We are located walking distance to the local saloon, country store, and the beautiful public meadow. Note: we are not 20 mins from Sequoia National Park. We are located in Sequoia National Forest, about 1.5 hrs. from the Park. We are unable to remove this from our page.
