If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends.

This main door entrance property compromises of a double bedroom, open plan livingroom, diningroom & kitchen & bathroom with shower with level access. Balbirnie hotel & Laurel bank are within walking distance. There are lots of local walks including the pilgrims way. The train station is a 7 minute walk with links to Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth so it's a great location for exploring.

Ideal for those who enjoy walking coastal routes as the town has breathtaking views of the forth bridges. The town also has many restaurants, pubs, take away shops and supermarkets. My flat is ideal for those with a car exploring Scotland outside of the capital city or for those who like to mix the city life with the quiet countryside.
