Welcome! Your holiday cottage is hidden away in a tiny village less than 5 miles along the coast from St Andrews. A cosy wood fire, comfy beds, and homemade cake are waiting for you! Step outside onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of beautiful walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned close to the 'East Neuk' coast; it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and an abundance of fresh sea air! Sorry, NO PETS.

Charming two bedroom flat in central St. Andrews

This spacious split-level flat is the perfect home from home in the wonderful town of St Andrews. The property has been in the family for over 30 years and was lovingly renovated recently. To access the flat there is a main door on the ground floor and stairs lead you to the modern living space. Due to COVID-19, the flat will be deep-cleaned between guest stays. Read guest access for more details. We will also be blocking one day between each booking. We take our cleaning protocol seriously.

The cottage is a recently renovated (completed April 2018) luxury holiday home just 3 miles from the ancient town of St. Andrews. The house comprises one bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We would say it’s ‘small but perfectly formed’ or ‘bijou’! The cottage is set within a quiet village just a short drive from all of the amenities St. Andrews has to offer, yet rural enough to enjoy its peaceful countryside setting! Perfect for couples and small families.

Braeview: Cosy studio farm cottage near St Andrews

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.
