Welcome! Your holiday cottage is hidden away in a tiny village just 6 km along the coast from St Andrews. Comfy beds, cosy log burner and home baking are waiting for you! Step out onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of beautiful walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned in between St Andrews and the beautiful 'East Neuk', it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and lots of fresh sea air!! (sorry, no pets.)

Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

Recently refurbished, 100% green energy apartment only 8 minutes walk from St Andrews town centre. East/West facing with glorious sun in the kitchen in the morning. Both beaches are a peaceful 15 minute walk from the flat over a stream with ducks & through the centre of historic St Andrews. The flat has been finished to a high standard as a spacious and luxurious couples wine retreat however the flat is equally comfortable, quiet & safe for families sleeping up to 5. The Burghers Kirk @ 136, St Andrews

The Burghers Kirk is a quaint 1 bedroom cottage full of character and quirky features with a secluded courtyard garden and is situated in the heart of St Andrews, close to the West Port and the medieval core of the town. Recently refurbished to a contemporary and high standard the cottage is suitable for 2 adults. Originally built in 1749 and used by the Burgher Kirk congregation, it was gifted to the St Andrews Preservation Trust in 1954 and reconstructed into a charming cottage.

"The Wee Bothy" - Studio Annex - near Arbroath.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
