Napa, we're near Alston Park for hiking, wineries, places to eat & shop. Enjoy a fresh-baked BREAKFAST, a dip in the pool (heated mid-June to Sept), spa (year-round) & many places for relaxing. A very Quiet and Private Estate surrounded by an acre of redwoods in the center of the Wine Country. Open beam ceilings, 3 fire places, three large redwood decks and 5 person Spa. Many couches and lounge chairs. There is a Fire Pit, paths and outdoor benches to relax on. It is Soundproofed and has a solarium. Indoors has high ceiling with skylights to view the dense surrounding redwoods with mid-century modern furniture. There is a 9 PM to 8AM quiet hour and there is no amplified sound allowed.

Forest Cozy Home

There is no listing category within the Airbnb template to label my place what it truly is: not the entire house because I live in the basement when guests are here. County Permit Office now requires me to say the rental is only 1 bedroom, but these photos don't lie. You have full privacy, not me sharing any of the space with you.
