One Bedroom Condo at Cowpet Bay East, St. Thomas

Perfect island getaway condo with on-site beach and restaurants. Close to downtown Red Hook with its shops, restaurants and marina. The condo has been recently remodeled and we include beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear for guest use. It is very convenient for hanging on the beach, at the pool or in the hot tub. A nice balcony allows you see the water and sights as you sip coffee or drinks. The condo is set up as a one bedroom but does have a sofa bed in the living room.

Fair Winds - Private, remote, hot tub

Fair Winds and Following Seas is a charming, colorfully-appointed place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of St. John. The house is located in Coral Bay in a private, secluded, and tropical site with a spectacular 20 mile view. The main house has a separate bedroom pod with a queen sized bed and closet. The main building has the living and dining spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with an outdoor shower. A two-person spa is on the deck between the two buildings.

Mango Suite: King bed, hot tub, generator

Mango suite has a private entrance and covered deck, and a hot tub with down-island views. It is located in a converted duplex in a residential neighborhood less than a mile from Coral Bay restaurants and small grocery stores. It has a full kitchen, with a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. The suite also includes a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. On-site, safe parking is also provided.For convience, a whole-house generator comes on if power goes out.

The view extends from Jost Van Dyke in the north, then east and south across Coral Bay, and the remaining British Virgin Islands and Bordeaux Mountain. Perched over the trees it always has a great breeze. It is less than a mile to the National Park Beaches of Francis and Maho Bays.
