Within a 15-minute drive, you can explore some of the best beaches in the world! Return home to the comfortably furnished studio with refreshing A/C, walk-in shower, Smart TV and full kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or sip cocktails after a day exploring our little island on the porch overlooking the waters of Coral Bay.

Our secluded, 1 bedroom 1-1/2 bath tree house cottage has amazing, panoramic views of the British Virgin Islands & the East end of St John, only 10 minutes from Coral Bay. Lounge on the private decks with beautiful views perched above Johns Folly. The gentle trade winds make the decks a perfect place to relax, day or night. On the lower level, the air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bath and a shower big enough for 2 - with a view! There’s also a third deck perfect for sunbathing in privacy.

With a clean modern vibe, Sweet Spice is more laidback getaway than luxury villa. It’s an ideal HQ for 2 active STJ adventurers - but with a few extra amenities! Located off the beaten path on the quiet side of STJ, it feels secluded but is only a 5 minute drive to the shops of Coral Bay. Note: road is rough and requires a 4WD and there are LOTS of stairs.

You can feel at peace in the safe and homely residential setting and enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep in Grateful Grotto.

Lameshur Cottage's Guest House

This secluded Caribbean cottage is tucked into the hillside on the quieter south side of St. John and offers panoramic mountain views of the surrounding National Park. It is within easy walking distance to many of St. John's best beaches and hiking trails.
