With a clean modern vibe, Sweet Spice is more laidback getaway than luxury villa. It’s an ideal HQ for 2 active STJ adventurers - but with a few extra amenities! Located off the beaten path on the quiet side of STJ, it feels secluded but is only a 5 minute drive to the shops of Coral Bay. Note: road is rough and requires a 4WD and there are LOTS of stairs.

Our one bedroom/ one bathroom cottage is all you need after a day at the beach. Centrally located off of Centerline Road, Minutes from Cruz Bay and less than 20 minutes from Coral Bay. You can feel at peace in the safe and homely residential setting and enjoy a comfortable and restful nights sleep in Grateful Grotto.

Private container 1 with AC

Our new and improved campsites have been upgraded to air conditioned container rooms! A queen matress with fresh linens and towels are ready for your stay. A TV, recessed lighting, air conditioning and small fan are also newly added to our sites. We have installed large decks with railings in front of each container room which also have two adirondack chairs and table. The conainer rooms are new this season, so all reviews prior to August 1st 2024 are from the previous nylon tents.

You have to see Sunset Villa for yourself! Sunset Villa is a stunning one bedroom studio with kitchenette, in a gated community, offering resort like amenities with amazing views! You will have access to The Clubhouse bar and restaurant (open seasonally), the game room including a pool and ping pong table and big screen television, sunset terrace, and community pool. Sunset villa has a private entrance and large windows so you can take in the view. You will not be disappointed!

This comfortable, mellow, 1 bedroom suite centrally located. About 1 mile from the heart of Cruz Bay town. This location is nestled in a peaceful and private property from the main road. With its beautiful garden views, you can take the time to enjoy natural, tropical surroundings while listening to the birds. This unit has a deck on the front and back of the apartment with a private entry. Several windows for the days light and ample lighting to set the mood for night time.

Love and Beyond Sunrise apartment

Love and Beyond Sunrise apartment is a new home built for the rental market. Sunrise is the upper level of this tastefully decorated artist's home. The large covered porch has beautiful views of Coral Bay Harbor and beyond. Access is easy on fully paved roads, in the quiet Seagrape neighborhood, and you are minutes to the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. The North Shore beaches are a 10 minute drive.
