It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. Cozy Home Away From Home - near MUN & Avalon Mall

Now with air-conditioning. Bright, cozy 1-bedroom basement apartment centrally-located in subdivision next to the Avalon Mall and Kenmount Road. Memorial University and Health Science Centre are less than 2.5 km away and downtown is only 5 km. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. You'll love this bright, fully-equipped apartment with queen bed and memory foam mattress, comfortable living room with flat screen TV (cable and WIFI) and sofa which folds out to give you a second bed.
