Close to all amenities of St. John's, within 10 minute drive of Avalon Mall & Health Sciences and 15 minute drive from downtown. Well stocked kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, Keurig, mini-fridge + basic essentials + snacks. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor sun-house. Private, peaceful, beautiful .
