The Coral Sea Casa is directly on the ocean on Vilano Beach with magnificent views! The full tiki bar with outdoor kitchen is great for hosting your family cookouts! Minimum age to rent is 25. Dogs permitted with pre-approval and pet fee of $100. Events are permitted on a case by case basis and an event fee will apply. Nicely furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house tucked away in the dunes on Surfside Vilano Beach . 3 miles from downtown St Augustine, a half mile from Publix .The deck wraps around half the house, pretty fantastic ocean views, sunrise and river side sunsets. Each bedroom has a smart tv with Internet and a very comfortable Queen or King size bed. TPC Sawgrass is a 20 minute drive north , Daytona International Speedway 70 minutes south , 2 hours to Orlando and Busch Gardens.

There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. I have to register them before you arrive No trailers or boats allowed or campers

Our little slice of paradise is situated in the heart of St. Augustine Beach right on A1A Beach Blvd. Our unit, recently renovated, is just steps from the beach and closest building to the pool! 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in winter), 5 hot tubs & tennis courts. Perfect location to enjoy our beautiful beaches & all that Anastasia Island has to offer! Historic St. Augustine is less than 7 miles away. Unit is equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation!

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
